losmachen is an association from Halle (Saale). A bunch of people from many creative areas working on participatory formats urban development and self empowerment. DIY, reparing and the search for a common goal are taken into concrete plans and to the next level.

Easy to handle.
For assosications it is important to maintain a website ongoing with multiple people while spending not that much money.
That’s why we chose wordpress.
A lot of parts are built with easy components. Our main goal was maintainability. Not automation. The crew is fresh and active. But the website needs to be flexible and fitting to the needs of people doing the main work in their free time.
Pages are often built in a way that we start with a minimum of images and text to reduce the production time. The website can grow when people find time.
Animation
Animation with purpose
The project is vivid and active. Full of creative heads. The website should still be clean and easy to read. Animations are there to support the free minds and give a little playfulness while not being distractive.
Space
Breathing
With many different elements like the milestone timeline it is important to keep a lot of space. Otherwise it will be too crowded.
